Prioritize self-care as you treasure your holistic health. Health is more than just physical—it encompasses mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Nurture your body with nourishing habits and cultivate a positive relationship with yourself.


Repeat these 3 affirmations frequently this week:

 

·      I prioritize my health and well-being.

·      I nourish my body with healthy food and regular exercise.

·      I am grateful for my body’s strength and vitality.


Exercise: Heartbeat Check


Objective: To cultivate a daily appreciation and commitment to one's health, using a symbolic heartbeat check and affirmations to inspire and celebrate healthy choices.


Natural support: Emerald is associated with health and well-being. Echinacea is known for its medicinal properties and health support.


Setup: Find a quiet space to sit or lie down comfortably.


Connect with your heart: Each day, take a few minutes to place your hand over your heart, feeling its rhythm and being present with your body.


Speak affirmations aloud: Connect with your inner being by putting one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly. Take a few deep breaths and feel how you say:

·       "I prioritize my health and well-being."

·       "I nourish my body with healthy food and regular exercise."

·       "I am grateful for my body’s strength and vitality."


Reflect: Think about the healthy choices you made today or plan to make.


Visualization: Close your eyes and picture your body operating at its optimal health, fuelled by wholesome food and regular activity.


Closure: Take a deep breath, cherishing the life within you, and commit to another day of prioritizing your health.
