Open your heart to the power of connection as you explore the theme of friendship. Friendship is a treasure trove of shared moments, trust and mutual support. Cultivate deep relationships, be a true companion, and cherish the bonds that enrich your life. Let the transformative impact of genuine friendship support you.


Repeat these 3 affirmations frequently this week:

 

·      I value my friends and cherish our bonds.

·      I attract supportive, caring and trustworthy friends.

·      My friendships enrich and add joy to my life.


Exercise: “Bonding Bracelet”


Objective: To cultivate and cherish deep, meaningful friendships, drawing from tangible reminders and affirmations that celebrate the joys of companionship.


Setup: Choose or craft a bracelet that represents the bonds of friendship to you.


Natural support: Rose Quartz supports friendship and loving relationships. Pink rose is once again a symbol of friendship and affection.


Morning ritual: As you put on the bracelet each morning, think of a friend you're grateful for.


Reflective moments: Throughout the day, when you touch or notice the bracelet, recall a cherished memory with a friend.


Speak affirmations aloud: Connect with your inner being by putting one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly. Take a few deep breaths and feel how you say:

Reach out: Make it a point to send a message or call a friend each day, reinforcing your bonds.
